Renews yellowed, lightly scratched, cloudy headlights.
Contains:
- 1 S-Ball
- 250 ml Step 1 Renovator
- 250 ml Step 2 Finish & Protection
- 1 micrfofiber towel
Environmental factors like sunlight, rain, salt, chemicals degrade your lenses and make them cloudy. This degradation not only reduces your ability to see at night, but also can make your vehicle not passing the M.O.T.
Headlight Renewer restores up to 80% of the clarity.
Headlight Renewer is easy and safe to use, thanks to the 2 step system and the « S-Ball ».
S-Ball is very resistant and reversible to last twice as long.
Headlight Renewer is suitable for all non coated plastics.
IMPORTANT !!!
The severe damage, scratches or pitting will not completely be removed.
Some irregularities, or oxidation can be in the inside of the headlight.
Too much pressure or excessive speed can damage Mini Ball.
Regularly apply Step 1 & 2 while using Mini Ball.
Using S-Ball dry can cause damage.
How to use :
Attach S-Ball to a variable speed drill
Adjust the speed to 1000 - 1500 rpm
The surface to treat must be clean and dry
We advise to protect the paintwork around the headlight with masking tape.
1. Apply « Step 1 Renovator » on the surface to treat or directly on the S-Ball
Start slowly to avoid slinging
Treat the entire surface of the headlight back and forth, regularly applying Step 1 Renovator.
Keep polishing until you obtain a smooth surface.
Buff to shine with the included microfiber towel.
2. Apply « Step 2 Finish & Protection » on the surface to treat or directly on the S-Ball.
Start slowly to avoid slinging.
Treat the entire surface of the headlight back and forth, regularly applying Step 2 Finish & Protection.
Buff to shine with the included microfiber towel.
Depending on the level of damage, repeat steps 1 & 2 until obtaining a satisfying result.
Apply Step 2 Finish & Protection once or twice a year for an optimal protection.
How to reverse S-Ball !
Use a 10mm wrench, release the nut and remove the washer. Remove the centering device with 4 claws. Switch the Ball, and re-install the centering device pushing the 4 claws in the pre-drilled holes. Place the retaining washer back, tighten the nut. Do not over-tighten.
